Stress is a shape-shifter, you can feel utterly happy and joyful then remember all the work you need to finish by tonight, and start feeling grumpy and odd again. There is no way you can get things done like that. It’s not natural. It’s not healthy. And most importantly, it’s not necessary. At all.
You needn’t to feel this weight on your shoulders, not right now. Not this way.
Observe your life. There is more to what you are, to who you are. There is more than you biting your nails because you’re scared you might not do what you need to do.
